The idea of being disconnected from yourself does sound a bit odd, doesn't it? After all you are in one piece and getting through your day, you are going through the motions, completing tasks and able to function normally.
You take care of your whole family, you hold down a demanding job or support your life partner with his business. You run and arrange the household, and you support friends when needed. You are someone who gives so much, day in and day out! You are someone who takes care of everything but always seem to push your own needs to the side.
Sure you manage, you get through it, you seem happy, but maybe you sense there is something missing.
THERE IS SOMETHING MISSING!
You sense there is more to learn about yourself. You are overwhelmed by your circumstances at times. You feel your life is not balanced. You feel incompleteness. You are confused about who you really are and what directions to take. You have lost touch of what you truly enjoy and want for yourself. You are stressed, and lack inner joy and peace. You have low energy levels.

There is a universal, infinite source of energy available to all of us and we need this energy for health and balance in our lives.
Reiki is a Japanese method of working with this energy for the highest healing good of people and animals. The intention with Reiki is to harmonize your energy system, to put your body in the best possible state to heal itself and find balance on all levels. I am a channel for this energy and aim to help you find balance on all levels, as well as reconnect with yourself again, by providing a 'healing space' for this to take place.
